CENTRAL TEXAS CHAPTER

Welcome to the Central Texas Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). Our chapter consists of approximately 370 members representing leading organizations in the Central Texas area that support the defense industrial base. Originally chartered as the South Texas Chapter in 1989, the Central Texas Chapter was formed in 2005.

We support the programs and activities of the national association by

1. providing a means for liaison with and for local government agencies and personnel,

2. encouraging and facilitating the exchange of information between industry and government with particular reference to national security and defense preparedness,

3. promoting communication between industry, Government, academic and research facilities,

4. pursuing an active program in support of association membership, recruitment, and retention, and providing a value-added service to members.

From small businesses to prime contractors, if your company is a part of the defense/homeland security industry, you have a place in NDIA.  By joining, your company and its products become more marketable because of the knowledge, visibility, and contacts gained.  Plus, you can help shape the government policy the association voices, and you are assured you support an organization committed to defense/homeland security industrial readiness.
